Lincoln Court Townhomes is a completely smoke-free property. Smoking is prohibited everywhere, including:

• Inside all apartments

• On ground-level patios and entryways

• In hallways, laundry rooms, parking areas, and all other common spaces

• Within 25 feet of any building entrance, window, or ventilation intake

Definition of Smoking

“Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying any lighted or heated cigar, cigarette, pipe, weed, plant, or other combustible substance in any form. This includes tobacco, marijuana (medical or recreational), e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and similar products.

Who the Policy Applies To

This rule applies to all residents, household members, guests, visitors, vendors, and staff at all times.

Enforcement

Violation of this policy is a material breach of the lease. Repeated violations may result in termination of tenancy and eviction under Oregon law.
