I like living here my neighbors are good and the area is pretty safe, the only downside is that sometimes you hear drunk karaoke from the bar across the road lol I don't REALLY mind this I just think it is funny

Quiet lovely place. Martha and Victoria are wonderful and will make sure anything that needs to be attended will be taken care of. Fair price, great maintenance crew and management. No mold! They were on that like it was an emergency and we appreciate the quickness they verified there was no mold. Just our toddler bringing us the daycare germs. It’s a cozy townhome, pretty quiet and not many flaws.

I lived at these townhomes for a little over 2 years and I can honestly say my overall experience was wonderful! It’s hard to find anything in the Gresham/Fairview/Troutdale area that’s decently priced for a quality apartment, but Lincoln Court Townhomes is exactly that! The apartments are spacious and really give that “home sweet home” feeling. The grounds were well kept, and the location was perfect. I loved that it was in a neighborhood, away from a busy, high traffic street, yet still close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the freeway. The staff at Evergreen Property Management are what really made this place amazing. They were very friendly, professional, and responded to any issues or concerns that came up immediately. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone!
