Step 2 of 3: They tour & move in
We reach out, they tour, and if they lease, they can get $250 toward eligible move-in costs, plus any active lease specials that apply.
Step 3 of 3: You earn $500
After they move in and satisfy the program's timing rules, $500 in rent credit is applied to your account for each qualifying referral.
Eligibility
Who qualifies?
You need to be a current resident in good standing. They need to be a new prospect. $500 / $250 is paid only when all rules below are met.
You're a current Lincoln resident with rent paid and no unresolved lease violations.
They're new to Lincoln (not on a current or past lease, unless management approves an exception).
Submit the referral before they apply or tour whenever possible.
$500 for you and $250 for them are applied after move-in and any required waiting period in the written program.
